This is a very special dry white wine, rich and golden in colour. It is made from 100% Fiano grapes cultivated organically in the Appenine Mountains at 700-800m near Avellino in the Irpinia wine region of Campania. This natural and very original Fiano emanates scents of yellow flowers and magnolia and candied fruit. Its preparation entails prolonged maceration with the skins, resulting in a complex, rich flavour. It is also unfiltered, free from additives, suitable for vegans and has an extremely low naturally occuring sulphur content (around 30 mg/l when the permitted total amount in the EU is 210 for a white wine).
