Olive Points: 35pts

Price £3.50

Weight: 200g

A completely natural blend of Sicilian sea salt and Pink Himalayan salt flavoured with chilli pepper.

Sicilian sea salt, known as Italy's 'White Gold' is harvested from the warm waters of some of the oldest salt marshes in Europe stretching across the west coast of Sicily between Marsala and Trapani. Sicilian sea salt is additive and preservative free and packed with minerals such as fluorine, iodine, magnesium and potassium.

Excellent for just sprinkling on your salads, pasta dishes or vegetables to add flavour and aroma. Great for cooking with, especially for seasoning and flavouring fish, shellfish, red & white meat. Brilliant for flavouring sauces too!

Sicilian sea salt, Pink Himalayan salt, hot chilli pepper.

Our producer - Casarecci di Calabria for Vorrei

One of our favourite suppliers in Calabria, Southern Italy is ‘Casarecci di Calabria’. We love both the taste of their superior quality products and their great packaging.

This family firm, established in 1998 is located in the Sila Mountains. Like many of our producers Casarecci di Calabria use old fashioned recipes to create old fashioned products, once the staples of any Southern Italian family and now sought after delicacies. Their entire range is produced without adding any preservatives or colours.
