Rosamarina 'Ice Fish' with Chilli: Ice fish (neosalanx spp) 46%, chilli pepper 20%, sunflower oil, sweet pepper, salt, fennel, oregano, wine vinegar (contains sulphites), parsley, garlic (contains fish sulphites).

'Nduja from Spilinga: Pork fat 39%, pork meat 28%, Calabrian red hot chilli peppers 23%, olive oil, salt.

Chopped Spicy Chilli Peppers: Chilli peppers 80%, sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, salt, wine vinegar, garlic, parsley, salt. Contains sulphites.

Hot Spread with Mushrooms & Vegetables: Spicy chilli peppers 22%, aubergines, bell peppers, celery, carrots artichokes, sun dried tomatoes, mushrooms, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, sun dried tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, wine vinegar, salt, natural flavours. Contains sulphites.

This family firm, established in 1998 is located in the Sila Mountains. Like many of our producers Casarecci di Calabria use old fashioned recipes to create old fashioned products, once the staples of any Southern Italian family and now sought after delicacies.
