This one pan pasta kit combines convenience with top quality ingredients, allowing you to save time and create a delicious Italian pasta dish at home.

Fileja pasta with red onion & tomato is a typical 'Cucina Povera' dish of Calabria combining simple hearty ingredients with incredible flavours.

Just bring 750ml of salted water to the boil and then add the contents of the kit. All you need to do then is stir occasionally as it all cooks until the water is absorbed! No messy draining required!

Transfer to your serving dish and add a little drizzle of olive oil and grated Parmigiano if desired!

Cooking time: 11-13 minutes.
