This sweet liqueur is made from seeds of wild fennel plants. It has a fantastic herbal flavour and incredible fennel aroma.

Traditionally treated as an after-dinner 'digestive' for its stomach-calming properties, it also makes an excellent cocktail ingredient. Enjoy chilled in a cold glass!
