having a wood fired pizza oven and being gluten intolerant has meant everyone enjoying a very social meal but my own pizza looking a very sad gloopy unappettising affair. Read a few promising reviews of this and saw a promising youtube video. The blend is by no means cheap but worth try. Just from mixing the dough i had a very good feeling and when i could actually roll this out without it being soggy or breaking up i couldn't wait to stick it in the oven. it is without doubt the best gluten free base yet. I mixed up 250gm of the flour and got 2 average sized thing crust pizzas out of it. Very happy
