This organic mix of farro (Italian spelt) and pumpkin makes a tasty and nutritious lunch or dinner for one.  Ready to cook and needing just 5 minutes in the microwave or on the hob, this is ideal to take to work as a healthy and cheap alternative to the usual take away sandwich, salad or burger, 

How to prepare:

Microwave: Place the contents into a container suitable for microwave cooking, add 200ml of water and cook (600 Watt 6 mins, 700 Watt 5 mins, 800 Watt 4.5 mins). Stir and let stand for a while before tasting. 

On the hob: Place the contents into a small pan, add 250 ml of water and cook for 5 minutes from boiling on a medium heat.

Wheat (spelt) pre-cooked*, precooked tondini beans*, chopped pumpkin* 5%, vegetable broth* [salt, corn starch*, vegetables*dehydrated in variable proportions (onion*, celery*, carrot*, leek*, parsley*), rice flour*, miso*(soya*, rice*, water, salt, koji), rice syrup dehydrated*, yeast extract, spices*], carrot*, onion*, rosemary*, parsley*, ginger*. *Organic May contain traces of sesame seeds.
