Want to make creamy chocolate Italian Gelato without an ice cream machine? It's really easy with this wonderful mix which is:

- Gluten Free            - Hydrogenated fat free          - Palm oil free       

How to make Gelato in 4 easy steps!

1) Pour 200ml of milk and 200ml of cream (or 400ml of milk if you prefer a lighter texture) into the bowl and add the mixture. 

2) Whisk for about 2 minutes. 

3) Spoon or pipe the mixture into a bowl or into cups. 

4) Chill in freezer for approx. 3 hours.

Serving suggestions: delicious served by itself, it can be used for the preparation of creamy gelato cakes, or add chopped nuts, dessert sauces or chocolate drops for a tasty dessert treat.

Sugar, glucose syrup, no - hydrogenated vegetable oil (coconut oil), dextrose, cocoa (9 %), skimmed milk powder, modified starch, milk protein, cocoa mass (1 %), corn starch, emulsifiers; cocoa butter (0,3 %), thickeners, stabiliser, flavourings, soy lecithin. May contain traces of eggs and nuts.
