Negroamaro Torre Nova is an organic wine from the Puglia region in south-eastern Italy. The catchment area for the wines centres on the small town of Salice on the Salento peninsula, and spreads out to the north and west. The wines of this area are robust, rustic, and full of character.

It is an organic, natural wine, unfiltered and unfined, suitable for vegans and vegetarians, with no added sulphur dioxide.

Very complex on the palate with nuances of blackberry, liquorice, and mocha.

This Italian red wine goes well with anything from fried chicken to your favourite pizza!

Serve at room temperature.

Our producer – Natalino del Prete

Natalino's family have been sustainably and since 1994 organically farming seven hectares of old vine (up to 80 years old) in this part of Puglia. They make old school rustic Italian wines and they sell out every vintage. Operations are kept within the family, the grapes are hand-harvested, naturally fermented, and no sulphur - or anything else - is added to the wines.

My husband and I have just found our new 'favourite' wine!
It is simply beautiful.
The fact that it's organic and doesn't contain any sulphur dioxide definitely makes a difference. It's not too heavy on the head!
I would absolutely recommend this delicious 'vino tinto' and the price is great too.

I first tried a Negroamaro wine whilst holidaying in Puglia, I instantly loved it so upon my return I endeavoured to find a good one back here in Britain.

Not only did I find a good one but I found one that was far and away better those those I tried in Puglia. I have since recommended this to friends & family who also have fallen in love with the wine, it is beautiful!

p.s It also doesn't seem to produce a hangover despite a late night drinking session, not that I have ever tried that of course ;)
