These delicious thinly sliced fillets of Calabrian aubergines have been carefully prepared, preserved in olive oil and delicately flavoured with mint. Light but bursting with flavour, they are great as an antipasto or as a side dish.

Aubergines 85%, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, vinegar (contains sulphites), garlic, mint, mild chilli peppers, salt.
