Our Onion and Olive Taralli are inspired by the traditional recipe of the onion calzone, a typical specialty of Southern Italy, particularly in Puglia. This recipe combines the sweet and slightly spicy taste of onions with the saltiness of olives, creating a snack that is truly unique.
