Trofie with Basil Pesto Pasta Kit

Trofie pasta (a small twisted spiral shape) and basil pesto are a classic combination and a typical dish of the Liguria region. The pesto sticks perfectly to the twists of the bronze die cut Trofie meaning that every bite is full of flavour!

This artisanal pasta kit makes it really easy to create this simple, traditional dish at home and also makes a great gift.

Each kit contains Trofie pasta, a bottle basil pesto and a handy wooden spoon. An easy recipe is also included.

Ingredients

Pasta: Durum wheat semolina, water. Basil, extra virgin olive oil, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP cheese (milk, salt, rennet), Pecorino cheese (milk, salt, rennet), salt, pine nuts.
