Chocolate Italian Ice Cream Mix
Want to make creamy Italian chocolate Gelato without an ice cream machine? It's really easy with this wonderful mix which is:

How to make Gelato in 5 easy steps!
1) Pour 200ml of milk and 200ml of cream (or 400ml of milk if you prefer a lighter texture) into the bowl and add the mixture.
2) Whisk for about 2 minutes.
3) Spoon or pipe the mixture into a bowl or into cups.
4) Chill in freezer for approx. 3 hours.
Serving suggestions: delicious served plain, it can be used for the preparation of creamy gelato cakes, or add chopped nuts, dessert sauces or chocolate drops for a tasty dessert treat.
