The exact origins of the Uva di Troia grape are uncertain, though its connection to the city of Troy is well-established. According to legend, Diomedes brought vine shoots to the Gargano shores, where they thrived in the local habitat. Later, Frederick II of Swabia enjoyed the "full-bodied wine of Troy," and in 1533, the Marquises D'Avalos, recognizing the quality of the land, expanded its cultivation. For centuries, this grape was primarily used to enhance weaker wines with its body and color. Only recently has it gained recognition for its ability to produce wines of exceptional quality when vinified on its own.

Crafted from a meticulous selection of Nero di Troia grapes undergoing cold maceration, the winemaking process strictly adheres to organic standards.

Following a slow fermentation at low temperatures, the wine matures in stainless steel, allowing its aromas to reach their full potential.

Upon pouring, delicate notes of pink flowers and small red fruits greet the senses, while on the palate, it unfolds with clarity and a comforting embrace, maintaining a delightful freshness throughout.
