Tomato Pasta Sauce with Ragu (Bolognese)
This ready-to-use slow-cooked pasta sauce is made from a traditional recipe with Italian beef & pork.
Enjoy this sauce with all pasta shapes, (we love it with Fettuccine) as well as in lasagna or with gnocchi.
Cooking Tip: We suggest retaining a couple of tablespoons of the cooking water before draining the pasta and setting it aside. Then once you have drained the pasta put it back in the pan, add the ragu' sauce and then the cooking water. Gently heat for a couple minutes until the sauce is well amalgamated with the pasta & serve immediately.
