Gragnano Eliche Pasta
These traditional Eliche are produced in Gragnano, the home of Italian pasta with only Italian durum wheat semolina and spring water.
Eliche (or 'Propellers' in English) are like fusilli but with looser twists. Their open spiral shape makes them the prefect choice if you like a lot of sauce on your pasta.
Made with traditional bronze dies, they contain more than 13.5% protein making them highly digestible. They are dairy free, nut free and vegan. And of course they are free from any chemicals such as stabilizers, preservatives or artificial colours.
To cook "al dente" place the pasta in plenty of boiling water with salt for 10-12 min, drain and mix with your favourite sauce.
