Mezzi Paccheri Gragnano Pasta
These traditional Mezzi Paccheri (or 'Half Pacccheri') are produced in Gragnano, the home of Italian pasta with only Italian durum wheat semolina and spring water.
They have a wide tube shape, are shorter than normal Paccheri, and are in a pasta bake or with chunky sauces.
Made with traditional bronze dies, they contain more than 13.5% protein making them highly digestible. They are dairy free, nut free and vegan. And of course they are free from any chemicals such as stabilizers, preservatives or artificial colours.
To cook "al dente" place the pasta in plenty of boiling water with salt for 10-12 min, drain and mix with your favourite sauce.
