The Sangiovese grapes are harvested by hand in the first week of September to allow the contained alcoholic content and to favour a marked acidity. After destemming, they are gently pressed and placed in steel tanks to start fermentation.
This delightfully fresh Sangiovese Rose' is a gorgeous pale pink in colour and it strikes the nose with the delicate aromas of red fruits. In the mouth it is harmonious and balanced and oriented towards freshness and flavour.
This wine is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Tenuta San Jacopo
Tenuta San Jacopo is situated in Tuscany, between the classic Chianti area and the Valdarno covering 130 hectares of vineyards, olive groves and woods. Certified Organic methods are used to take care of the land, the vines, and the grapes. These are then hand-harvested in small baskets, then sorted again at the winery and destalked before going into stainless or wood fermentation tanks (depending on the cuvée). The end results are lovely, earthy old-school renditions of Chianti.
