Organic Vegan Cake with Chocolate Chips
This year there's a new variety of our ever-popular vegan cake - made with spelt flour and chocolate chips! Handmade in Milan by Riccardo at Evvivo (who also produces our vegan panettoni) from an artisanal recipe and exclusively for Vorrei, this very special organic cake is full of flavour and incredibly light and fluffy.
Made with 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil, the staple ingredient of the mediterranean diet and prepared with spelt flour, it contains sweet, plump raisins and natural, organic ingredients.
