Organic Vegan Easter Cake
We are really excited to be selling this vegan 'Colomba' cake again! Hand made in Milan by Riccardo at Evvivo (who also produces our vegan panettoni) from an artisanal recipe and exclusively for Vorrei, this very special organic cake is full of flavour and incredibly light and fluffy.
Made with 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil, the staple ingredient of the mediterranean diet and prepared with stone ground, whole grain flour with wheat grown in Piemonte it contains sweet, plump raisins and natural, organic ingredients.
- No preservatives, no added flavours, only mother yeast.
- 32 hours of natural leavening.
- Vitamin E and polyphenols from extra virgin olive oil.
Organic stone ground flour (00 Type), organic raisins, organic cane sugar, organic extra virgin olive oil, organic fresh mother yeast, water, organic oat fibre, organic agave syrup, organic natural vanilla flavour, sea salt. Emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, barley malt, essential orange oil. May contain traces of nuts, sesame and soya.
