Parmesan Crisps with Tuscan Olive Oil
Parmonie may look like crisps, but are made from simple, healthy ingredients - Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese, Tuscan olive oil, flour and salt. They are not fried, but oven baked until golden. These ultra-fine crunchy leaves melt in the mouth thanks to the use of the highest quality ingredients such as Parmigiano Reggiano D.O.P. aged for 24 months and olive oil obtained from the Tuscan hills. A tasty, healthy snack on their own (great for kids to take to school), Parmonie are very versatile and can also be enjoyed as part of an aperitif or become a star ingredient in gastronomic dishes.
Parmonie Parmesan crisps are produced without the addition of preservatives, chemicals or colouring agents.
Wheat flour, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP aged 24 months (milk, salt, rennet), olive oil, salt. May contain traces of soy.
Estabished in 2014, Parmonie developed an ancient recipe invented by Remo Bronzoni, a historic baker from the village of Bibbiano in the province of Reggio Emilia, where thousands of years ago Parmigiano Reggiano, the most famous cheese in the world, was born.
Parmonie are produced using Parmesan cheese which comes from a single farm which raises milk cows fed with farm grown fodder and grains, grown organically according to regulations established by the Consortium for the Protection of Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese.
