Mortadella boasts a distinctive flavour derived from the meat of black pigs raised semi-wild in the Emilian Apennines. Its wild essence and natural richness in fat render is unparalleled. Crafted without added aromas, using only traditional spices, and encased in natural casings tied by hand, it embodies an ancient method of preparation.

Gluten-free and free from added polyphosphates and glutamate, this black pork mortadella caters to those pursuing a wholesome diet. Delicately sliced or cubed, it pairs exquisitely with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI for an enhanced taste. Complementing it are red wines, particularly lively or sparkling variants such as Lambrusco Mantovano DOC. Each product is half vacuum-packed for freshness.

Salumificio Pedrazzoli

Salumificio Pedrazzoli was founded in 1951 by the progenitor Arnaldo Pedrazzoli, supported by his wife and the help of his children. Even today, the new Pedrazzoli generations follow in the family footsteps and together with the President Mauro Pedrazzoli collaborate the cousin Stefano, the wives and children Emanuele and Elisa, all engaged in the family business, that follow the tradition and with the same passion the activity that has always been linked to the production of cured meats.

As breeders and producers, we are able to control the quality of the entire supply chain both in traditional production and in the more innovative organic one. With our feet firmly stuck on the land of Mantua and our focus on the future of the planet, we can say that it is our history - made up of love for the land and tradition - that allows us to innovate every day.
