Our new collection of organic infused extra virgin oils are made in Southern Italy following a traditional, entirely natural process. Obtained from the simultaneous grinding of olives and fresh Habanero pepper which is among the spiciest species in the world. The chillies are infused in the olives and then in the oils which releases a powerful spiciness and a refined hint of chocolate, spices and mango.
