One Pan Pasta - Orecchiette with Turnip Greens (Broccoli Rabe)

This one pan pasta kit combines convenience with top quality ingredients, allowing you to save time and create a delicious Italian pasta dish at home.

Orecchiette with turnip greens/broccoli rabe is a traditional dish from Puglia, typical of Cucina Povera, simple but with an incredible, unique taste that comes from bringing together strong flavours. 

Just bring 750ml of salted water to the boil and then add the contents of the kit. All you need to do then is stir occasionally as it all cooks until the water is absorbed! No messy draining required!

Transfer to your serving dish and add a little drizzle of olive oil and grated Parmigiano if desired!

Cooking time: 11-13 minutes.

Pasta 95%: Durum wheat semolina, water. Dried seasonings: Turnip greens 4%, chives, parsley, onion, garlic, dried tomatoes, hot chilli pepper, dried pepper, salt.
