Indulge in the authentic taste of Italy with our exquisite Italian gnocchi. Crafted to perfection by Mamma Emma, an award-winning artisanal producer established in 2013, these delectable potato dumplings are made from fresh steamed potatoes. Each bite reveals a light and soft texture, capturing the essence of traditional gnocchi.

Cooking Italian gnocchi is a simple and quick process:

Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add a generous amount of salt to the boiling water; this helps flavor the gnocchi. Gently add the Italian gnocchi to the boiling water. Stir gently to prevent sticking. The gnocchi will initially sink to the bottom of the pot. Once they start floating to the surface (usually within 2-4 minutes), they are cooked. Using a slotted spoon or a strainer, carefully remove the gnocchi from the boiling water and let them drain. For added flavour, you can heat some olive oil or melt butter in a pan. Add the cooked gnocchi to the pan and sauté for a few minutes until they develop a light golden colour. Transfer the cooked gnocchi to a serving dish. You can sprinkle them with Parmesan cheese for an extra touch of flavour.

Thanks to the collaboration with Dolomiti Energia, our plant is powered only by hydroelectric power plants, located in the Dolomites. Thanks to this choice, from 2014 to 2020 we avoided the emission of 7.255,63 tons of CO2 into the atmosphere.
