A luxurious twist on the classic panettone, this luxury artisan cake harmoniously blends the rich, aromatic pistachio with the delicate, herbaceous notes of premium Matcha tea.
The yellow, soft sponge is richly filled with a green pistachio cream from Bronte in Sicily (Slow Food presidium), which is easily recognisable from its intense taste and emerald green colour, and embellished with juicy sultanas and natural Mananara vanilla from Madagascar.
The finishing touch? A silky white chocolate glaze, enriched with cocoa butter and a whisper of vanilla, then dusted with fine Matcha powder and crowned with chopped and whole Bronte pistachios for a truly indulgent experience.
Lovingly crafted over 72 hours of natural leavening from sourdough, every Panettone is made with the freshest ingredients — free-range Italian eggs, milk, cream, and mountain butter. The result is a masterpiece of balance, texture, and taste: tradition reborn in green and gold.
