This artisanal pasta kit makes it really easy to create this traditional, tasty dish at home and makes a lovely present too.

Each kit contains fileja pasta, a bottle of tomato passata, a packet of mixed spices with Tropea onion and a handy wooden spoon. An easy recipe is also included - just add a clove of garlic and some extra virgin olive oil to make a delicious sauce.

Ingredients

Pasta: Durum wheat semolina, water. Tomato sauce: Tomatoes, salt. Spice mix: Parsley, Tropea red onion, chives, finely chopped chilli pepper, salt.
