Calabrese Cracked Olives
These delicious Calabrian olives have been crushed, softened and flavoured with fennel, garlic, chilli and sea salt. This typical, traditional recipe is enjoyed as part of an antipasto or a side dish.
Green Olives (85%), extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, wine vinegar (contains sulfites), garlic, fennel, chilli pepper, contains olives pitted by hand and may contain pieces of olive stone.

This family firm, established in 1998 is located in the Sila Mountains. Like many of our producers Casarecci di Calabria use old fashioned recipes to create old fashioned products, once the staples of any Southern Italian family and now sought after delicacies. Their entire range is produced without adding any preservatives or colours.
