A symbol of Easter and Spring time in Italy, the Colomba, or dove in English, is a traditional cake in the shape of a flying dove, soft and moist and similar in consistency to the Christmas panettone. This year we are excited to introduce you to a delicious variation on the classic Colomba recipe, adding dark chocolate chips to the dough and a sweet icing topping to give an indulgent flavour to every bite.

Made by natural fermentation from sourdough Loison's light and airy Colomba Easter cake maintains its softness thanks to natural leavening. 

Packed in a lovely gift box with a handle, this Colomba cake makes a perfect Easter gift.


    Wheat flour, fresh free range eggs, sugar, cocoa, sunflower oil, almonds, natural flavour, butter (milk), natural sourdough yeast (wheat), sugar, dark chocolate drops, (cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, soy lechtin. Emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of vegetable origin fatty acids.

    May contain traces of dried nuts.
