From Casarecci di Calabria, this artisan Fusilli al Ferretto bronze die cut pasta is made with 100% Italian durum wheat semolina and dried at low temperatures for a rustic, sauce-gripping texture. Made by hand-wrapping strips of pasta around a thin metal rod called a ferretto, Fusilli al Ferretto boast a distinct, loose spiral shape that’s perfect for catching sauces.
A traditional pasta from southern Italy, it pairs beautifully with rich, slow-cooked ragùs, spicy ‘Nduja, or simple tomato and basil sauces.
