From our trusted producers Casarecci di Calabria, these Fusilloni are like Fusilli, only bigger and bolder! Bronze-die cut, dried at low temperatures, and made from 100% Italian durum wheat semolina, they offer a rustic, firm texture that clings beautifully to sauce.

The large, spiral shape is ideal for rich, hearty sauces like beef ragù, spicy Calabrian ‘Nduja and tomato, creamy Gorgonzola with walnuts, or sausage and Porcini mushrooms. Also perfect for baked pasta dishes!

This family firm, established in 1998 is located in the Sila Mountains. Like many of our producers Casarecci di Calabria use old fashioned recipes to create old fashioned products, once the staples of any Southern Italian family and now sought after delicacies.
