This Alce Nero Organic Genovese Pesto is crafted from carefully selected raw ingredients, including organic Italian basil and premium extra virgin olive oil. This classic recipe offers a rich, authentic flavour that pairs perfectly with all types of pasta or adds a delicious touch to a variety of recipes.

Basil preparation (46%), (Basil 41% on the finish product, sunflower oil, salt), sunflower oil, extra-virgin olive oil, cashew nuts, parmiggiano reggiano cheese DOP (2,5%) (cow milk, salt, rennet), pecorino cheese (sheep milk, rennet, salt), salt, pine nuts (0,9%), garlic.
