Our organic small salamino merges the rich traditions of the Po Valley with the king of haute cuisine: black truffle from the Oltrepò area of Mantovo. This is an excellent salame for special occasions.
They are best enjoyed sliced with crusty bread, which enhances their texture and flavour, and pair perfectly with light white wines or with young and lively reds.
