Tomato Sauce with Garlic
This ready-to-use sauce is made simply from simple, quality ingredients: Plump Italian tomatoes, garlic and chilli. It goes perfectly with all types of pasta and would also make a tasty topping for a home made pizza.
Cooking Tip: We suggest retaining a couple of tablespoons of the cooking water before draining the pasta and setting it aside. Then once you have drained the pasta put it back in the pan, add the garlic sauce and then the cooking water. Gently heat for a couple minutes until the sauce is well amalgamated with the pasta & serve immediately.
Tomato pulp (Italy) 95%, Olive oil, garlic (contains sulphites) 0.6%, Calabrian red hot chilli pepper 2%, acidifier: citric acid.
