This brilliant straw yellow organic, bio-dynamic Verdicchio is both fresh and soft, fragrant and well structured. It has a pleasant fruity and floral flavour with notes of acacia, pear, peeled almonds, elderflower and lime. 

It goes particularly well with fish appetisers, risotto with vegetable or seafood, pasta with fish and grilled or fried fish dishes.
