The Vesco family, known for their dynamic approach, took over the winery a decade ago, revolutionising practices and investing in cutting-edge technology. All their wines are certified organic and cultivated on south-east facing slopes. Utilising night harvesting and modern temperature-controlled fermentations, they craft a bright, fresh Catarratto.
