Handcrafted in Donna Elvira’s family-run laboratorio in Modica, Sicily, this indulgent nougat loaf celebrates the island’s finest flavours. To make this authentic Sicilian delicacy even more irresistible, rich chocolate and hazelnuts from the Nebrodi mountains are combined with golden honey from the Hyblean mountains, creating a soft, fragrant, and enveloping sweetness.
The Hyblean honey, prized since ancient times, is produced only in a small corner of Sicily, in the provinces of Siracusa and Ragusa. Its distinctive colour and flavour come from the region’s diverse flora, giving the nougat its remarkable fragrance, velvety texture, and unmistakable character.
Typical of winter festivities, this delicious torrone can be enjoyed as a dessert, with afternoon tea, or simply savoured on its own as a luxurious treat. Made exclusively from natural ingredients, it contains no additives, preservatives, or colourants, just pure Sicilian excellence in every bite.
