A symbol of Easter and Spring time in Italy, the Colomba, or dove in English, is a traditional cake in the shape of a flying dove, soft and moist and similar in consistency to the Christmas panettone.

This luxurious Pistachio Colomba is topped and filled with luscious Bronte Pistachio cream creating an explosion of Sicilian flavour!

Made by natural fermentation from sourdough Fratelli Sicilia's light and airy Colomba Easter cake maintains its softness thanks to natural leavening. 

Packed in a lovely gift box with a handle, this Colomba cake makes a perfect Easter gift.

Ingredients

Wheat flour, Sicilian candied orange peel, fresh free range eggs, sugar, sunflower oil, almonds, pre-cooked rice and wheat flour, natural flavour, butter (milk), natural sourdough yeast (wheat), sugar. Emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of vegetable origin fatty acids.

May contain traces of dried soybeans and tree nuts.
