From the town of Ariccia in the 'Castelli Romani' hills half an hour outside of Rome, this tasty ‘porchetta’ is a savoury, boneless pork roast. Seasoned with rosemary, black pepper and garlic, the white and pink meat is fragrant, crisp and full of flavour and the crust is irresistibly crunchy.
Awarded PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) status in 2011, Ariccia Porchetta is a much-loved speciality known all over Italy. It is usually served on its own, sliced as a cold cut, as part of a charcuterie platter or in a sandwich.
Our porchetta is free from additives and preservatives and produced by a company which prides itself on the highest animal welfare standards.

Keep refrigerated (below 4 degrees). Once open eat within 10 days.
